Seviin aka Clint

This is Clint aka Seviin. This was the second time I met him in Barbara Hall Park. He spoke again about how upset he is about people trashing the park and injuring the pigeons. He spoke about his commitment to feeding the pigeons and helping the injured ones. He seems pretty upset about the park being taken over by drugs and criminal activity. 

A passerby receives some bird feed so he can try feeding the pigeons.
